A head-up display places key information in the driver's line of sight, while Mazda Connected Service and remote connectivity via an app add another layer of vehicle access and information.

Safety and driver assistance equipment is extensive. The CX-80 is fitted with a 360-degree camera system, front and rear parking sensors, blind-spot monitoring with active assistance, rear cross-traffic warning and front and rear collision mitigation. Adaptive cruise control, lane-keeping assistance, lane-departure warning, road-sign recognition and driver attention monitoring are intended to reduce the workload on longer drives.
