Vehicle Overview

2022 Hyundai i30 PD.V4 Active Hatchback 5dr Spts Auto 6sp 2.0i.

This 2022 Hyundai i30 Active is a practical five-door hatchback that combines straightforward everyday usability with a useful level of technology and safety equipment. Its compact dimensions suit urban driving and parking, while the hatchback body provides flexible access to the cargo area and the convenience of split-fold rear seating.

Power comes from a 2.0-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine producing 120 kW and 203 Nm, paired with a six-speed automatic transmission and front-wheel drive. That combination is well matched to the i30’s role as an adaptable daily car, offering familiar automatic operation and a balanced layout for regular commuting and general-purpose driving. The vehicle is listed with a 97,808-kilometre odometer reading and a stated condition of Good.

The cabin is designed around easy, connected motoring. An eight-inch multimedia touchscreen supports Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, Bluetooth connectivity and audio streaming, giving occupants convenient access to compatible phone functions and entertainment. A six-speaker sound system, USB input and AM/FM radio add useful flexibility, while the leather-appointed seats, leather steering wheel and leather-accented gear knob provide a more considered feel to the interior.

Comfort features include air conditioning, cruise control with stop-and-go functionality, a height-adjustable driver’s seat and a multifunction steering wheel. The seven-inch instrument cluster display and digital speedometer keep key information clearly presented. Reversing camera capability, rear parking distance control and front and rear parking sensors assist with manoeuvring in tighter spaces.

Hyundai’s safety technology is a notable part of the specification. The listed equipment includes autonomous emergency braking, forward collision mitigation, cyclist and pedestrian recognition, blind-spot collision warning, lane departure warning, lane keeping assistance, lane following assistance and driver attention warning. Multiple airbags, electronic stability control, traction control, child-seat anchor points and ISOFIX mounting points further support occupant protection and everyday peace of mind.

Outside, the i30 Active features 17-inch alloy wheels, a hatch-mounted rear spoiler, folding heated exterior mirrors with LED indicators, projector headlights, LED daytime running lights and power windows. The full-size alloy spare wheel is a practical inclusion, while the split-fold rear seat and cargo tie-down points help the hatchback adapt to changing luggage needs.
