2026 Snowy River SRC SRC-22.

The 2026 Snowy River SRC-22 is a 22-foot caravan designed around comfortable, self-contained touring for two. Its layout combines useful living amenities with the practical equipment needed for extended time away, while the 3,000kg ATM provides a clear indication of its substantial touring capacity. A listed tare of 2,460kg should be considered when matching the caravan to a suitable tow vehicle and planning travel loads.

Construction is centred on an ALOPEX sandwich-panel body, a welded aluminium frame and high-density XPS foam insulation. Together, these materials are intended to provide a solid, well-insulated cabin, while front and rear checkerplate protection adds a practical layer of defence in areas exposed to road debris and campsite wear. The tandem torsion suspension and Dura-gal chassis are complemented by a six-inch A-frame and electric brakes.

Living facilities are arranged to make the caravan useful in a variety of conditions. The separate shower and toilet ensuite improves privacy and convenience, while reverse-cycle air conditioning supports year-round comfort. A 175-litre compressor refrigerator with freezer drawer provides substantial food storage, and the flatscreen smart TV, LED downlights and strip lighting add flexibility for quieter evenings indoors. Wireless charging points and USB connectivity help keep everyday devices ready for use.

Off-grid capability is supported by two 200-watt solar panels, a 100Ah lithium battery and a pair of 95-litre fresh-water tanks. The external equipment package includes a 16-foot Dometic roll-out awning, gas instantaneous hot-water service, an external gas bayonet, 240-volt inlet and outlet, and an LED external grab handle. These features extend the usable living area and help make the caravan more adaptable when mains services are not immediately available.
