Vehicle Overview

The 2018 KTM 790 Duke is a middleweight naked motorcycle built around a compact, purposeful road-bike concept. Its aggressive streetfighter styling gives it a distinctive presence, while the lightweight chassis is intended to keep the bike responsive and manageable through changing urban and open-road conditions.

At the centre of the package is a 799 cc parallel-twin engine. The specification is aimed at delivering strong torque and responsive acceleration, giving the 790 Duke the flexible character expected of a motorcycle that can handle everyday riding as well as more engaging stretches of road. The road-bike format keeps the design focused and uncluttered, with the engine and chassis forming the core of the riding experience.

Electronic assistance is a significant part of this Duke's appeal. Ride-by-wire throttle control, selectable riding modes, traction control and ABS are listed among its features, allowing the motorcycle's response and support systems to be adapted to different riding conditions. A full TFT display provides a modern interface for the bike's information and settings, complementing the contemporary mechanical package.

This example has travelled 22,061 km and is presented as a used motorcycle. Its combination of compact naked-bike proportions, electronic rider aids and a torquey twin-cylinder engine makes it a focused option for riders seeking an engaging road motorcycle without the bulk of a larger touring or adventure machine.
