1978 Adelma Adelma

1978 Adelma Adelma.

This 15-foot Adelma vintage caravan is presented as a compact touring and accommodation unit with a practical three-berth layout. Its relatively modest dimensions, including a listed body length of 4700 mm, make it a manageable option for owners seeking a traditional caravan format without the footprint of a larger modern van.

Sleeping arrangements comprise two single beds and a bunk, while the cafe lounge and dining area converts into an additional bed. That flexible arrangement gives the interior a useful balance between daytime seating and overnight accommodation. Storage is described as generous, supporting longer stays by providing space for travel equipment and personal belongings.

Off-grid capability is supported by a 120Ah deep-cycle battery, 12-volt lighting and an 85-litre 12-volt refrigerator. A fresh-water tank adds independence when travelling away from mains facilities, while the stainless-steel sink with mains tap provides a straightforward kitchen utility area. The caravan also includes a gas bottle holder, side boot and pole storage for essential equipment.

Practical touring details include a reversing camera and spare tyre. The roof is described as having been totally refurbished, and the caravan is listed with a tare of 810 kg. These details provide a useful starting point for assessing towing requirements, although the buyer should confirm all weights, capacities and included equipment before purchase.
