Vehicle Overview

2023 Volkswagen T-Cross 85TSI DSG Life.

This 2023 Volkswagen T-Cross Life is a compact wagon with the elevated seating position and practical proportions that make the format easy to live with. Finished in grey, it combines a relatively small footprint with a flexible five-seat cabin and a useful range of everyday technology. Its presentation is supported by 50,959 kilometres on the odometer and the listing notes a service history.

Power comes from a 1.0-litre three-cylinder petrol engine paired with a seven-speed sports automatic dual-clutch transmission. The front-wheel-drive layout is suited to ordinary urban and suburban driving, while the automatic gearbox keeps the focus on straightforward, low-effort motoring. The vehicle is listed with combined fuel consumption of 5.4L/100km, with urban and extra-urban figures of 6L/100km and 5L/100km respectively. The displayed average-per-tank estimate is approximately 740km, although actual results will vary with driving conditions.

Inside, the T-Cross is equipped for regular commuting and longer trips alike. The cloth-trimmed cabin includes height adjustment for both front seats, manual lumbar adjustment, a leather steering wheel and a multifunction steering wheel. Rear-seat flexibility is improved by a sliding second row and split-fold rear seatbacks, while storage areas, bottle holders, a cargo cover and tie-down hooks add useful day-to-day practicality. A five-seat layout and five doors also make access convenient for passengers.

Connectivity is a notable strength of this specification. The colour multifunction control screen works with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, while Bluetooth, digital radio, USB audio connectivity and a six-speaker stereo provide several ways to access entertainment and navigation content. Wireless charging compatibility is also listed. Cruise control and a speed limiter support relaxed highway travel, and the rear-view camera, front and rear parking sensors and graphical parking display assist with manoeuvring in tighter spaces.

The safety equipment includes a five-star ANCAP safety rating as stated in the listing, together with front, side and head airbags, ABS, electronic stability control, traction control, brake assist and electronic brake-force distribution. Forward collision warning, low-speed forward collision mitigation, pedestrian avoidance with braking, reversing collision mitigation and active lane-keeping assistance are also listed. Driver attention and fatigue monitoring add further electronic support on longer drives.

Exterior equipment includes 16-inch alloy wheels, roof rails, power-folding and heated door mirrors, LED daytime running lamps, LED tail lamps, front and rear fog lamps and a rear roof-mounted spoiler. Automatic headlights, rain-sensing wipers, heat-insulated side windows and remote central locking add convenience, while air conditioning with a pollen filter helps keep the cabin comfortable. Overall, this T-Cross presents a well-equipped compact wagon with an efficient petrol drivetrain, flexible seating and a broad suite of driver-assistance and connectivity features.
