Vehicle Overview

This 2017 Jeep Renegade Longitude presents a distinctive take on the compact SUV formula, combining upright, purposeful styling with dimensions that remain manageable in everyday driving. Finished in a silver or chrome exterior, its four-door wagon body gives it a practical footprint while retaining the visual character associated with Jeep. The vehicle is listed in excellent condition and has travelled 111,428 kilometres.

Power comes from a 1.4-litre turbocharged MPFI four-cylinder petrol engine producing 103 kW and 230 Nm. That output is paired with a six-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission and front-wheel drive, creating a specification suited to regular urban and suburban use. The premium unleaded petrol engine has a listed combined fuel consumption figure of 5.9 L/100 km, while the 48-litre tank provides useful touring flexibility without making the vehicle feel overly large or cumbersome.

The Renegade's cabin is designed around straightforward usability. Five seats and a split-fold rear bench allow the interior to adapt between carrying passengers and accommodating larger items, while a cargo cover and tie-down hooks add practical detail behind the rear seats. Cloth trim, a leather steering wheel, front centre armrest and illuminated vanity mirrors contribute to a comfortable environment, and dual-zone automatic climate control helps occupants set their preferred temperature independently.

Longer trips benefit from cruise control, mobile phone connectivity, digital audio broadcast radio and a six-speaker CD audio system. The multi-function control screen and multi-function steering wheel keep commonly used controls close to the driver. A reversing camera is complemented by front and rear parking sensors, helping provide additional awareness when manoeuvring in confined spaces. Rain-sensing wipers, automatic headlights and an auto-dimming rear-view mirror further reduce the effort required during changing conditions.

Its equipment list also includes 17-inch alloy wheels, roof rails, heated and folding exterior mirrors, daytime running lights and front and rear fog lights. The roof rails broaden the vehicle's carrying versatility, while the split-fold rear seat provides a useful balance between passenger space and cargo capacity. A space-saver spare wheel is included.

Safety equipment includes blind-spot monitoring, electronic stability control, traction control, hill-holder assistance and trailer stability control. Dual front, side, head and driver knee airbags are listed alongside ISOFIX child-seat anchorage points, height-adjustable front seatbelts and front seatbelt pre-tensioners. Anti-lock braking, brake assist and electronic brake-force distribution support controlled stopping, while the five-star ANCAP rating adds context to the vehicle's safety specification.
