2020 MERCEDES BENZ CLA45S AMG

2020 Mercedes-Benz CLA CLA45S AMG.

The 2020 Mercedes-Benz CLA45S AMG combines the sleek proportions of a compact four-door sedan with the focused hardware of Mercedes-AMG’s flagship performance variant. Finished in Night Black with a red and black Lugano leather interior, this example has a distinctive specification that balances visual drama with everyday usability.

At its core is a 2.0-litre turbocharged petrol engine producing a quoted 416 horsepower, paired with an automatic transmission and 4MATIC all-wheel drive. The result is a compact performance sedan designed to deliver strong acceleration while retaining the reassurance and versatility of four-wheel traction. AMG Ride Control with Dynamic Select allows the character of the car to be adjusted across Comfort, Sport, Sport+ and Race modes, giving the driver scope to tailor the response to different types of driving.

The exterior equipment reinforces the car’s performance intent. An AMG Aerodynamics Package adds a more purposeful appearance, while the matte black 19-inch multi-spoke AMG wheels are fitted with Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tyres. Red AMG performance brakes, an AMG quad exhaust system and an AMG performance exhaust provide further visual and mechanical distinction. The panoramic sunroof brings additional light into the cabin without diluting the car’s low-slung, athletic design.

Inside, the high-performance seat package, electric seats with memory function and heated seats give the cabin a supportive and accommodating character. The red and black leather upholstery is complemented by AMG aluminium trim, an Alcantara steering wheel, illuminated door sills and an AMG performance dash with ambient lighting. Mercedes-Benz’s MBUX multimedia system, digital displays and head-up display keep key information and vehicle functions within easy view.

Technology is a notable part of the CLA45S AMG’s appeal. Premium Burmester surround sound, DAB radio, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto provide several ways to stay connected and entertained, while the 360-degree surround-view camera and park-assist graphical display help make close-quarters manoeuvring easier. Adaptive cruise control, Lane Keep Assist, Active Brake Assist and Attention Assist add driver-support features for longer journeys and busier roads. MULTIBEAM LED headlamps and rain-sensing wipers further improve convenience in changing conditions.

With 56,899 kilometres displayed, two keys and the original Mercedes-Benz owner’s manuals, this CLA45S AMG presents a strongly equipped take on the compact performance sedan. The listing also states that the vehicle has the balance of its Mercedes-Benz new-car warranty until May 2028.
