The 2025 Nissan Qashqai N-DESIGN e-POWER combines compact SUV practicality with Nissan's petrol-electric e-POWER system. It is presented as a new, low-distance vehicle with just 10 km, a five-door wagon body and seating for five, making it a thoroughly current interpretation of the Qashqai formula.

Its e-POWER arrangement is paired with a 1.5-litre petrol engine and reduction-gear transmission, while drive is sent to the front wheels. The system's EV Mode, E-Pedal, ECO, Normal and Sports settings give the driver several ways to tailor the vehicle's response and operation. For everyday driving, the combination is designed to retain the familiar convenience of a petrol vehicle while providing an electrically driven experience at the wheels.

Visually, this example is finished in Ceramic Grey & Pearl Blac with a black roof, gloss-black exterior accents, black mirrors, black window surrounds and black roof rails. The N-DESIGN presentation is complemented by alloy wheels, a premium grille, LED front and rear lighting, sequential indicators and a roof-mounted rear spoiler. A panoramic sunroof adds light to the cabin, while rear privacy glass and the hands-free smart tailgate support day-to-day usability.

The cabin uses black upholstery with premium leather and Alcantara, along with an Alcantara dashboard, leather steering wheel and leather-accented gear knob. Heated front seats, a heated steering wheel, two-zone climate control and rear air vents provide useful comfort across different conditions. The driver's eight-way power seat includes memory functionality, while the front passenger seat offers six-way manual adjustment and the front seats include lumbar support.

Technology is a major part of the Qashqai's appeal. A 12.3-inch instrument display works with a 12.3-inch multimedia touchscreen, satellite navigation, NissanConnect, voice recognition, digital radio, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. A 10.8-inch head-up display can place key driving information in the driver's line of sight, while wireless phone charging and additional USB sockets help keep devices connected. The rear-view mirror is auto-dimming, and the intelligent around-view monitor assists with visibility when manoeuvring.

Practical details include a split-fold rear seat, rear centre armrest with cup holders, front and rear bottle holders, seatback pockets, cargo tie-down hooks and a full-size alloy spare wheel. The electric parking brake, automatic hold function, push-button start, walk-away locking and approach unlock are convenient features for regular urban use. Folding, heated and memory-equipped exterior mirrors further improve everyday ease of use.

Safety and driver assistance equipment is extensive. Blind Spot Intervention, blind spot warning, lane change warning, intelligent lane intervention, emergency lane keep assist, rear cross-traffic alert and traffic sign recognition are included. ProPILOT, adaptive speed assistance, predictive forward collision warning, forward emergency braking, rear autonomous emergency braking and pedestrian warning form part of the active safety package.
