Common questions

This page is a general guide to the vehicle purchasing and selling process rather than a listing for a specific car. It explains the checks and documentation associated with vehicles offered for sale, along with practical information about inspections, registration and ownership transfer.

• Vehicles are mechanically inspected before being made available.
• Cars sold in Victoria are stated to include a current roadworthy certificate and registration.
• A statutory warranty of three months or 5,000 kilometres is described for eligible vehicles under 10 years old and with less than 160,000 kilometres.
• Vehicle history information is available, including registration details, ownership history, service records and checks for finance owing or accident damage.
• Trade-in and vehicle purchasing services are available separately from buying a vehicle.
• Walk-in visits are permitted, and test drives can be arranged subject to vehicle availability.
• The showroom is open seven days, from 9:30am to 5:30pm.

The information provides useful context for assessing a vehicle before purchase, but it does not contain the year, make, model, specifications, mileage or equipment details of an individual car.
