Vehicle Overview

The 2023 Hyundai Palisade Highlander AWD is a large seven-seat SUV designed around relaxed long-distance travel and flexible family space. Its 2.2-litre turbo-diesel engine is paired with an eight-speed sports automatic transmission and an active on-demand all-wheel-drive system, giving the vehicle a practical combination of torque, traction and touring ability.

Inside, the Palisade places a strong emphasis on comfort. Nappa leather-appointed seating, heated and ventilated front seats, heated outer second-row seats and three-zone-focused climate provision help make the spacious cabin more accommodating across all three rows. The second row uses two individual seats with armrests, while the third row can be folded flat when passenger capacity is less important than cargo space.

Technology is well integrated, with a 12.3-inch touchscreen multimedia system, a matching digital instrument cluster, satellite navigation, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto and a premium sound system. A head-up display, digital rear-view mirror and wireless phone charging add convenience without requiring the driver to look away from the road for essential information.

The safety and parking equipment is particularly comprehensive for a vehicle of this size. Blind-spot view monitoring, blind-spot collision-avoidance assistance, forward collision-avoidance assistance, lane-keeping and lane-following assistance, adaptive cruise functionality, rear cross-traffic assistance and junction assist are supported by front and rear parking sensors and an around-view monitor. The panoramic glass sunroof, powered smart tailgate and remote smart parking assist further broaden its everyday usability.
