Vehicle Overview

The 2024 Kia Cerato S is a practical small sedan that combines straightforward everyday usability with a generous spread of technology and driver-assistance equipment. Finished in Clear White with a black interior, this used example has travelled 14,228 km and retains the crisp, composed character that has made the Cerato a popular choice for urban driving and longer trips alike.

At its heart is a naturally aspirated 2.0-litre four-cylinder petrol engine producing 112kW and 192Nm. It drives the front wheels through a six-speed Sports Automatic transmission, offering a familiar and easy-to-manage powertrain for commuting, errands and open-road travel. The published combined fuel consumption figure is 7.4L/100km, with the 50-litre fuel tank providing useful flexibility between stops. Selectable drive modes allow the driver to tailor the car's responses to changing conditions and preferences.

The Cerato's sedan body provides a useful balance between manageable exterior dimensions and practical luggage space. A 502-litre boot offers room for regular shopping, work equipment or travel bags, while the four-door layout makes access to the cabin simple for passengers. Five-seat capacity gives the interior the flexibility expected of a conventional family-sized sedan without the bulk of a larger vehicle.

Technology is well covered for a car in this class. Apple CarPlay and Android Auto bring familiar smartphone functions into the cabin, while Bluetooth connectivity, voice recognition and USB ports help keep occupants connected on the move. A six-speaker stereo, air conditioning, power windows and a multifunction steering wheel add everyday convenience. Remote keyless entry and illuminated entry are useful touches during busy routines, while heated door mirrors and follow-me-home headlights contribute to day-to-day practicality.

Safety equipment is a notable strength. The specification includes a reversing camera, parking sensors, lane-keeping assistance, forward collision warning and automatic emergency braking. Driver alert functionality, cruise control, high-beam assistance, fully automatic headlights and a tyre-pressure monitoring system add further support during routine driving. Electronic stability control, active traction control, hill-start assistance, ABS and electronic brake-force distribution form part of the core active-safety package, and six airbags are listed in the vehicle specifications.
