The 2025 Audi Q5 SUV e-hybrid combines the familiar practicality of a premium mid-size SUV with a plug-in hybrid powertrain and Audi’s quattro all-wheel-drive system. Its four-cylinder turbocharged petrol engine works with electric assistance to deliver a combined 270 kW, while the 7-speed S tronic transmission is designed to keep the power delivery smooth and responsive in everyday driving.

With its e-hybrid configuration, the Q5 is suited to drivers who want the flexibility of a petrol engine alongside the benefits of electric propulsion. The plug-in hybrid system adds another dimension to the vehicle’s usability, while quattro all-wheel drive with ultra technology provides a firmly engineered foundation for changing road conditions. Audi quotes a 0-100 km/h acceleration time of 5.1 seconds, giving this SUV a notably brisk performance character without moving away from its practical five-door format.

The exterior specification gives the Q5 a distinctly assertive appearance. Mythos Black Metallic paint is complemented by black roof rails, dark window trim and attachments, black exterior mirror housings and S line bumpers. A panoramic glass sunroof adds light to the cabin, while privacy glass supports a more secluded interior atmosphere. Anthracite matt brushed aluminium inlays and illuminated front door sill trims with S logos add visual detail without compromising the cabin’s restrained presentation.

Everyday convenience is addressed through features such as the convenience key, a luggage-compartment package and a powered convenience opening for the luggage compartment lid. The phone compartment includes inductive charging, while the Audi Application Store and smartphone interface extend connectivity beyond the vehicle’s core infotainment functions. Audi connect navigation and infotainment, emergency calling, service functions and remote control are also included in the equipment specification.

The Q5’s standard safety and assistance equipment includes lane departure warning with emergency assist and traffic sign-based speed limitation. S sport suspension and red front brake callipers add a more purposeful chassis specification, while auxiliary air conditioning provides an additional way to manage cabin comfort.
