Audi SQ5 Sportback TFSI 270 kW edition one

The 2025 Audi SQ5 Sportback combines the raised driving position and everyday versatility of a performance SUV with the more purposeful proportions of a sloping-roof Sportback. This edition one example is powered by a six-cylinder petrol engine with turbocharging and MHEV plus technology, delivering 270 kW and 550 Nm. Its 4.5-second 0–100 kph acceleration figure places it firmly in the performance category, while the mild-hybrid assistance is integrated into a conventional petrol powertrain rather than replacing it.

Power is delivered through a seven-speed S tronic transmission and Audi’s quattro all-wheel-drive system with ultra technology. That combination is designed to provide a confident connection between the engine and the road, with the automatic gearbox making the vehicle straightforward to use in traffic while retaining the hardware and calibration expected of an S model. S sport suspension is also fitted, giving the chassis a more focused specification to complement the SQ5’s stronger engine output.

The Sportback body adds a distinctive visual character without abandoning the practical qualities associated with the SQ5. Its coupe-influenced roofline, S model bumpers and privacy glass create a sharper exterior presentation, while the optional black exterior package and black exterior mirror housings add further contrast. The black cloth headlining, matt brushed aluminium inlays with linear embossing in Anthracite and illuminated front door sill trims with S logos give the interior a deliberately technical, sporting atmosphere.

The equipment list also focuses on convenience and connectivity. A convenience key allows easier access, while the storage and luggage compartment package is intended to make better use of the cabin’s available carrying space. Audi connect navigation and infotainment plus, the Audi Application Store and smartphone interface provide the vehicle’s main digital functions, and the phone compartment includes inductive charging. Audi connect emergency call and service with remote and control functions are also included.

Driver assistance and visibility equipment includes lane departure warning with emergency assist and LED headlights plus. The standard specification also includes an Audi sound system, a traffic sign-based speed limiter and a convenience opening function for the luggage compartment lid.
