Vehicle Overview

With just 21km recorded, this 2025 Volkswagen Polo 85TSI CityLife AE presents as a very lightly driven example of Volkswagen’s compact hatchback. Its Pure White exterior gives the Polo a clean, understated look, while the five-door body provides the everyday practicality expected from a small family-friendly hatch.

The Polo’s appeal lies in its balance. The compact dimensions make it well suited to urban driving and tight parking spaces, yet the cabin is configured to carry five occupants and remains versatile enough for routine commuting and longer trips. The hatchback layout also adds useful flexibility for carrying shopping, luggage and other daily essentials without the bulk of a larger vehicle.

Power comes from a 1.0-litre three-cylinder petrol engine producing 200Nm of torque, paired with an automatic transmission and front-wheel drive. That combination is designed around straightforward, accessible driving, with the automatic gearbox reducing effort in stop-start traffic. A listed fuel consumption figure of 5L/100km further supports the Polo’s practical character, while the 40-litre fuel tank gives it useful operating convenience between refuelling stops.

The CityLife specification adds a polished edge to the Polo’s compact format. Sixteen-inch alloy wheels complement the exterior, while the cabin includes a six-speaker stereo and a 12V auxiliary socket. These details are modest but useful, adding everyday convenience without compromising the model’s simple, manageable character.

Safety is also a notable part of the package. The vehicle carries a five-star ANCAP safety rating and includes anti-lock brakes, occupant-protection preparation, adjustable steering-column reach and tilt, and a front-centre airbag among its listed equipment. Together with the five-seat layout, these features make the Polo a considered option for drivers seeking a small hatch with a strong emphasis on reassuring everyday usability.
