The 2025 XPeng G6 Long Range presents a distinctly modern interpretation of the family SUV, combining a streamlined coupe-inspired profile with the quiet, immediate response of an electric powertrain. With only 26 km recorded, this new example pairs rear-wheel drive with a 210 kW permanent-magnet electric motor and an 87.5 kWh lithium-ion battery.

Its strongest appeal is the balance between usable range and charging capability. The quoted WLTP driving range is 570 km, giving the G6 the capacity to cover substantial distances between charges, while its 800-volt electrical architecture supports DC charging at up to 280 kW. Under the stated conditions, the battery can charge from 10 to 80 per cent in approximately 20 minutes. Type 2 AC and CCS2 DC connections are provided, and regenerative charging adds flexibility in everyday use.

The cabin is designed as a spacious, technology-focused environment rather than a minimalist shell. Premium vegan leather trim, power-adjustable front seats and heated seating across both rows support comfort in changing conditions, with ventilation for the front seats adding further refinement. Wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto provide familiar smartphone integration, while an 18-speaker premium sound system gives the cabin a more immersive audio experience. Bluetooth connectivity, digital radio, USB ports, voice recognition and a connected smartphone application extend the vehicle's digital functionality.

The XPILOT assistance suite brings together a broad range of driver-support technologies. Adaptive cruise control, lane departure warning, lane keeping assistance, blind-spot monitoring and forward collision warning are complemented by autonomous emergency braking, rear cross-traffic alert and a 360-degree surround-view camera. Fully automatic and remote parking assistance can make low-speed manoeuvring easier, while an integrated dash camera, road-sign recognition and a driver alert system add further layers of awareness.
