The Geely EX5 Inspire Extended Range is a modern electric SUV that combines a practical five-seat layout with a quiet, responsive drivetrain and a well-equipped cabin. As a near-new demonstrator with just 16 km displayed, it presents as an exceptionally low-use example of Geely's MY27 EX5 range.

Its 160 kW permanent magnet electric motor drives the front wheels through a single-speed reduction gear system. That configuration keeps the power delivery smooth and immediate, while the absence of conventional gear changes contributes to the refined character expected of an electric vehicle. A 68.4 kWh lithium-ion battery supports a quoted 450 km driving range under both NEDC and WLTP testing, with fast charging listed at 20 minutes. Mains and regenerative charging are supported, giving owners flexibility across home and public charging environments.

The EX5's SUV body provides useful everyday versatility without relying on an overly complicated interior. The rear seats have a flat-floor design and split-fold functionality, while the luggage area is quoted at 302 litres in its minimum configuration and up to 1,877 litres with the rear seating folded. Five doors, five seats and a power tailgate further support straightforward access for passengers and cargo.

Inside, the Cloud-coloured cabin is designed around digital convenience.
