The 2026 BMW M240i xDrive Coupé brings compact dimensions together with the performance-focused character of BMW’s M240i line. Finished in Red Burgundy with a black interior, this new four-seat coupé is specified with all-wheel drive and an automatic transmission, giving it the configuration expected of a fast, refined everyday sports car.

Its petrol engine produces 285 kW (387 hp) and 500Nm of torque, while the published 0–100 km/h acceleration figure is 4.30 seconds. A claimed maximum speed of 250 km/h and combined fuel consumption of 8L/100 km underline the car’s dual purpose: it has the performance credentials for an engaging drive, but remains equipped for regular road use. The all-wheel-drive system adds traction across changing conditions, while the M Sport differential, variable sport steering and Adaptive M Suspension are intended to provide a more controlled and responsive chassis.

The exterior design is supported by an M Aerodynamics package, M rear spoiler and M High-Gloss Shadow Line detailing. Adaptive LED headlights with High-Beam Assistant improve the lighting specification, while the glass roof adds openness to the cabin. The vehicle also includes an Exterior Mirror Package, Comfort Access and an anti-theft security system, combining visual distinction with practical daily convenience.

Inside, the black cabin features leather Vernasca trim with contrasting blue stitching, an anthracite M headliner and illuminated M highlighters. Electrically adjustable front seats with memory, lumbar support and heating for the driver and front passenger make the interior better suited to longer journeys, while the heated steering wheel adds comfort in cooler weather. The four-seat layout preserves the coupé’s sporting character without giving up rear seating for occasional passengers.
