Instant Offer T&Cs

This page sets out the terms governing an online instant-offer service for vehicle sellers. It explains eligibility requirements, seller responsibilities, vehicle accuracy obligations and restrictions on vehicles submitted through the service.

The offer described is conditional on the vehicle passing an inspection and being in acceptable condition. The terms allow for an offer to be revised or withdrawn where the vehicle’s condition, details or value differ materially from the information supplied. A separate sale agreement is required between the seller and the purchasing wholesale dealer.

The agreement also covers offer validity periods, cancellation, advertising arrangements, information handling, liability, governing law and examples of condition issues that may affect an offer, including damage, missing components, warning lights, mechanical faults, rust, hail and previous commercial use.
