2026 BMW iX xDrive45 Automatic

The 2026 BMW iX xDrive45 is a premium electric SUV that combines a spacious, technology-focused cabin with the quiet, immediate character of battery-electric propulsion. Finished in Black Sapphire metallic with a black interior, this new example presents a restrained exterior colour combination that suits the iX’s clean, contemporary design.

Its all-wheel-drive system and 300 kW electric power output give the xDrive45 a substantial performance reserve, while the single-speed automatic transmission keeps the driving experience smooth and uncomplicated. The quoted 0–100 km/h acceleration time of 5.10 seconds adds useful responsiveness for merging and overtaking without changing the iX’s fundamentally relaxed character. A maximum speed of 200 km/h is also listed.

The iX is designed as a comfortable long-distance vehicle as much as an urban electric SUV. Four-zone automatic climate control allows different occupants to set their preferred temperature, while the panorama glass roof with Sky Lounge treatment helps bring light into the cabin. Comfort Access simplifies everyday entry, and the electronically focused interior is supported by BMW Live Cockpit Professional and a Harman Kardon Surround Sound System. The black interior provides a cohesive, understated environment rather than competing with the exterior finish.
