Practical support also extends to lost or locked keys, with assistance potentially involving key retrieval, replacement arrangements or transportation to an authorised repairer. For vehicles that cannot continue, the service outlines towing or transportation to the nearest Mazda dealership or a designated location within 50 kilometres.
