Omoda Jaecoo continues strong NEV sales in July

Omoda Jaecoo Australia reported a strong July result, with electrified vehicles accounting for 74 per cent of the brand's total deliveries during the month. The result is notable because July is traditionally a slower period for new-vehicle registrations.

The brand recorded 2,135 registrations in Australia, including 1,571 New Energy Vehicles. The Jaecoo J5 EV was the leading contributor, with 1,262 examples sold during July. Since its introduction, more than 7,700 J5 vehicles have been delivered in Australia, of which 7,192 were electric variants.
