Omoda Jaecoo’s robotic division, AiMOGA Debuts latest tech at LEAP East Hong Kong

AiMOGA Robotics used LEAP East Hong Kong to demonstrate how embodied artificial intelligence is moving beyond laboratory development and into practical service environments. The Omoda Jaecoo robotic division presented Mornine, a humanoid robot, alongside Argos, a quadruped platform, with demonstrations spanning conference services, public safety, cultural interaction and commercial spaces.

Mornine took a prominent role at DeepFest, opening the forum in English, introducing the agenda and inviting the moderator to the stage. Its multilingual interaction and ability to guide visitors illustrated how humanoid systems can support reception, event hosting and other settings where communication and reliable interaction are central to the experience.

The exhibition demonstrations placed equal emphasis on practical engagement. Mornine performed traditional Chinese calligraphy while interacting with international visitors, showing how cultural activities can provide a natural setting for people to experience embodied intelligence. Argos handled visitor guidance and interaction duties, with its mobility described as agile and stable during the event. A separate intelligent traffic-police robot demonstrated potential public-safety and inspection applications.

LEAP East provided an international setting for AiMOGA to discuss the transition from technology validation to scenario-based deployment. The event brought together technology companies, investment institutions, government representatives, researchers and industry participants, giving the company an opportunity to connect its robotic platforms with potential real-world applications and commercial partnerships.

The appearance also continued AiMOGA’s wider international activity following its participation in the Hong Kong International Automotive and Supply Chain Expo in 2025. The company stated that its products had been deployed across more than 50 countries and regions in areas including automotive retail, public services, commercial spaces and international events. Its approach is centred on using real operating environments to refine technology and demonstrate practical value.

Rather than presenting robotics solely as a future concept, the LEAP East showcase focused on the relationship between capability and context. Reception, navigation, cultural interaction and public-safety tasks each require different forms of movement, communication and operational dependability. By displaying these functions in front of an international audience, AiMOGA highlighted a pathway towards broader commercial use of embodied intelligence.
