This page outlines the warranty and ownership-support program available for new Nissan vehicles in Australia. Rather than describing a specific vehicle for sale, it explains how warranty protection can continue beyond the initial coverage period when scheduled maintenance is completed through the authorised Nissan dealer network.

The standard provision is a five-year, unlimited-kilometre new-vehicle warranty, accompanied by one year of unlimited-kilometre roadside assistance. For vehicles first registered from 1 January 2025, the first five scheduled services are also covered by Nissan Flat Price Service arrangements, helping owners understand the expected service cost before maintenance is carried out.

After the initial five-year warranty period, eligible scheduled services can activate an additional year of warranty coverage and a further year of 24/7 roadside assistance. This extension may continue annually until a maximum of 10 years or 300,000 kilometres is reached, whichever occurs first. The arrangement is intended to reward consistent servicing while providing a clearer link between routine maintenance and ongoing support.

Nissan Genuine Parts and Accessories receive different levels of coverage depending on when they are purchased and fitted. Items purchased and fitted by an authorised dealer at the time of new-vehicle purchase may be covered by the applicable new-vehicle warranty. Items fitted after delivery or purchased over the counter are subject to their respective time and distance limits.
