The 2026 BMW i4 eDrive35 Gran Coupé combines the clean, quiet operation of an electric powertrain with the low-slung proportions and practical liftback shape associated with BMW’s Gran Coupé range. Finished in Gray Light with a Black interior, this new five-seat vehicle is designed to offer a premium everyday driving experience without relying on a conventional petrol engine.

Its 210 kW electric motor drives the rear wheels, giving the i4 a traditional BMW layout while delivering immediate response through an automatic transmission. The published performance figures include a 0-100 km/h time of 6.00 seconds and a maximum speed of 190 km/h, providing useful acceleration for merging and overtaking as well as composed progress in urban traffic. Electric propulsion also brings a particularly smooth and quiet character, while the absence of engine-related vibration supports the refined feel expected of a premium vehicle.

The Gran Coupé body adds versatility to the i4’s sleek profile. It retains a sporting silhouette while providing seating for five, making it a more adaptable proposition than a conventional two-door coupé. A glass roof helps bring additional light into the cabin, while the Black interior provides a restrained backdrop for the vehicle’s technology and comfort equipment.

Equipment is focused on making both daily travel and longer drives easier. Active Cruise Control with Stop&Go function can assist in changing traffic conditions, while Active Guard Plus, Active Protection and Active Pedestrian Protection contribute to the vehicle’s suite of driver-support and safety systems.
