At the heart of the vehicle is a 2.0-litre turbo intercooled four-cylinder petrol engine producing 233 kW and 400 Nm. Its output is managed through a seven-speed DCT Steptronic sports automatic dual-clutch transmission and sent to all four wheels. That combination provides the mechanical ingredients for confident acceleration and secure traction, while the selectable drive modes allow the vehicle’s responses to be tailored to changing road conditions or driving preferences. The M35i’s performance focus is expressed through its equipment as well as its drivetrain.
