For the first five years of ownership, a new Nissan receives a five-year unlimited-kilometre warranty together with one year of unlimited-kilometre roadside assistance. Vehicles first registered from 1 January 2025 are also eligible for Nissan Flat Price Service arrangements covering the first five scheduled services or the first five years, whichever occurs first. This provides a defined service price for covered scheduled maintenance, while servicing is completed by factory-trained technicians using dedicated diagnostic equipment and Genuine Nissan Parts.

Warranty and roadside assistance coverage may be extended after the initial five-year period when scheduled servicing is maintained through the authorised Nissan dealer network. Each qualifying service can add one year of warranty coverage and one year of 24-hour roadside assistance, up to a maximum of 10 years or 300,000 kilometres, whichever comes first.

Nissan Genuine Parts and Accessories purchased and fitted at the time of new vehicle purchase by an authorised Nissan dealer may be covered by the applicable extended warranty. Items fitted after delivery or purchased over the counter are subject to different coverage periods and conditions.
