Its electric powertrain produces 160.0 kW and 320 Nm, giving the EX5 a useful blend of responsive acceleration and relaxed cruising. The 68.4 kWh lithium-ion battery is quoted with a 450 km driving range under both NEDC and WLTP testing. Fast charging is listed at 20 minutes, while mains and regenerative charging are supported. With no conventional multi-speed gearbox to manage, the driving experience is designed around smooth, immediate response and uncomplicated operation.
