The 2026 Aion V Luxury is a fully electric SUV that combines a practical five-seat cabin with the quiet, responsive character expected of a modern battery vehicle. Its 70 kWh usable lithium-ion battery is quoted with an electric range of up to 510 km under the WLTP test cycle, giving the vehicle useful long-distance ability while retaining the straightforward running characteristics of an EV.

Power comes from a 150 kW permanent magnet synchronous motor producing 350 Nm of torque through a single-speed reduction gear. Front-wheel drive keeps the mechanical layout uncomplicated, while the automatic transmission makes the Aion V easy to operate in urban traffic and on longer journeys. Eco, Normal, Sport and i-Pedal drive modes allow the driver to tailor the vehicle's responses and regenerative-driving feel.

Driver assistance equipment includes autonomous emergency braking with pedestrian and cyclist detection, adaptive cruise control with stop-and-go functionality, lane departure warning, lane keep assist, blind-spot monitoring and rear cross-traffic alert. Front and rear parking sensors work with a 360-degree camera system featuring a transparent-chassis view, while driver attention monitoring, traffic sign recognition and tyre-pressure monitoring add further layers of information and support.
