This new-generation Mitsubishi Triton GLS is a substantial double-cab ute with the equipment and drivetrain to cover a broad mix of everyday and practical driving demands. Finished in Graphite Grey with a black leather interior, it combines a useful five-seat cabin with the flexibility expected of a dual-cab load carrier.

Power comes from a 2.4-litre diesel twin-turbo engine developing 150kW and 470Nm. Its torque is delivered through a six-speed Sports Automatic transmission and a 4X4 Dual Range system, giving the Triton a suitably versatile mechanical foundation for changing road and work conditions. Hill start assist, hill descent control, selectable drive modes and an automatic locking differential are included, while the published towing capacity is 3,500kg braked. A payload rating of 1,075kg further underlines its ability to handle useful loads.

The double-cab layout makes the Triton more adaptable than a simple work-focused ute. Five seats provide room for passengers, while the 1,555mm load length and 1,545mm load width offer practical carrying space behind the cabin. Side steps and running boards assist access, and the full-size spare alloy wheel is a reassuring inclusion for longer journeys. Eighteen-inch alloy wheels complete the exterior specification.
