Vehicle Overview

This 2020 Hyundai Kona Active OS.3 is a compact SUV with a practical footprint, a five-seat cabin and the everyday versatility expected from a vehicle in this class. Finished in Chalk White Metallic, it combines a distinctive exterior shape with useful equipment aimed at making regular driving more comfortable, connected and reassuring.

Power comes from a 2.0-litre petrol engine producing 180 Nm of torque, paired with an automatic transmission and front-wheel drive. That combination is straightforward and familiar, making the Kona well suited to urban running, commuting and general day-to-day travel. The listed fuel consumption is 7 L/100km, while a 50-litre fuel tank provides useful capacity for routine driving between refuelling stops.

The Kona's compact SUV proportions are one of its key strengths. At 4,165 mm long and 1,800 mm wide, it is manageable in tighter streets and parking areas without giving up the elevated seating position associated with an SUV. Roof rails add practical flexibility for carrying suitable recreational or travel equipment, while 16-inch alloy wheels complement the vehicle's purposeful stance.

Inside, the five-seat layout provides a sensible balance between passenger accommodation and everyday usability. The cabin includes a six-speaker stereo, Bluetooth connectivity, Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, allowing compatible devices to be integrated into the driving environment. A reversing camera supports visibility when manoeuvring, and cruise control can make longer stretches of road less demanding.

Safety is a significant part of the Kona's appeal. The vehicle carries a five-star ANCAP safety rating and is equipped with ABS, front airbags and head airbags for the first-row seats. Lane Departure Warning and Lane Keeping Active Assist provide additional support by helping monitor the vehicle's position on the road. These systems complement the driver's attention rather than replacing it, but they add useful reassurance during everyday journeys.
