The combination includes a custom Crow solid flat-tappet cam, Yella Terra shaft-mount rockers, Isky double valve springs, a Funnel Web ported high-rise manifold, Demon 825 double-pumper carburettor and MSD ignition. Ceramic-coated Pacemaker extractors feed a 3-inch mandrel-bent exhaust, while an oil cooler and detailed engine bay support the build's presentation and intended road use. The engine is stated to produce 652 hp and has covered approximately 2,000 km since a full refresh.

Power is delivered through a worked J Performance C4 automatic transmission rated for 750–800 hp. Its specification includes a billet input shaft and servo assembly, a six-pinion planetary, modified direct drum and lubrication circuits, an 8-inch 5,200 rpm Dominator stall converter, and dedicated transmission cooling. A custom tailshaft connects the gearbox to a big-tube 9-inch differential with 4.11 gears, a Truetrac centre and 31-spline Moser billet axles. This arrangement gives the ute a strong, purpose-built driveline suited to the demands of a high-output Cleveland.

The chassis package is equally considered. Outlaw Drag Intensity wheels measure 17x4 inches at the front and 15x10 inches at the rear, with 275/60/15 rear tyres supplying the broad stance associated with the mini-tub conversion. Braking hardware includes XY ventilated front discs with XF calipers, an XR GT big-bore tandem master cylinder, remote booster and external vacuum pump. Pedders suspension completes the documented suspension and braking upgrades.

Inside, the utilitarian cabin has been developed into a focused performance interior. A custom dashboard houses AutoMeter gauges, while XY GT front seats, a centre console and an XR GT steering wheel add period-inspired detail. The B&M Stealth Pro Ratchet shifter provides a direct interface with the C4 automatic and reinforces the car's competition-influenced character.
