2026 Isuzu D-MAX BLADE 4X4 Dual Range

The 2026 Isuzu D-MAX BLADE is a purpose-built dual-cab ute with a strong focus on off-road durability, towing ability and distinctive presentation. Finished in Mineral White, this new example pairs the D-MAX platform's 3.0-litre turbo-intercooled diesel engine with a sports automatic transmission and 4X4 dual-range drive, giving it the mechanical layout expected of a serious work-and-recreation vehicle.

The BLADE treatment is immediately recognisable. A redesigned grille with black ISUZU badging, black exterior accents, fender flares, tubular side steps and an extended sports bar give the ute a more assertive stance, while an integrated lightbar, lower bumper guard and red 3mm-steel bash plate add practical protection around the front end. Twin recovery hooks are rated to 8,000kg, and the underbody protection extends to steel guards for the sump, transfer case and fuel tank leading edge.

Its raised chassis setup includes a 22mm front and 25mm rear lift, tuned front and rear dampers, lifted front spring seats and a rear lifting block. Combined with the short front overhang, 17-inch gloss-black flow-formed alloy wheels and Goodyear Wrangler Duratrac RT tyres, the package is configured for improved clearance and controlled progress when the surface becomes rough. A rear differential lock, hill descent control, trailer sway control and 4X4 dual-range gearing further support the vehicle's utility away from sealed roads.

Under the bonnet is Isuzu's 4JJ3-TCX diesel engine, producing 140kW and 450Nm. The engine is matched to a six-speed adaptive automatic transmission and drives all four wheels. With a listed braked towing capacity of 3,500kg, a 6,000kg gross combined mass and a 76-litre fuel tank, the D-MAX BLADE has the specification to handle substantial towing and load-carrying duties. The double-walled ute tub includes four internal cargo tie-down hooks, an under-rail tub liner and a lockable tailgate.
