2025 Peugeot E-Expert Pro Long Auto
Vehicle Overview
The 2025 Peugeot E-Expert Pro Long Auto brings battery-electric power to Peugeot’s established commercial van range, pairing zero tailpipe emissions with the practical dimensions expected of a medium-sized work vehicle. It is presented as a forthcoming model for the Australian market rather than a specific used-stock vehicle, with the Pro Long Auto variant identified for launch.
Its electric drivetrain combines a 100kW motor with 270Nm of torque and drives the front wheels. The 75kWh lithium-ion battery is quoted with a 330-kilometre range under European WLTP testing, providing a useful operating window for urban and metropolitan duties. As with any electric vehicle, actual range will vary with payload, traffic, temperature, driving style and the use of climate control, but the stated figure gives the E-Expert a clearly defined range target for day-to-day planning.
Charging flexibility is central to the van’s usability. A 100kW fast charger can replenish the battery to 80 per cent in 45 minutes. A full charge is listed at seven hours and 30 minutes when using an 11kW, 16-amp three-phase connection, while a 7.4kW, 32-amp single-phase outlet requires 11 hours and nine minutes. This combination allows rapid charging when time is limited and overnight charging when the vehicle can remain parked.
The E-Expert introduces the facelifted European design to the Australian Peugeot van range. Exterior revisions include a redesigned grille, a new Peugeot emblem, updated full-LED headlights and a revised bumper intended to balance protection with aerodynamic efficiency. The available colour palette comprises Ice White, Artense Grey, Nera Black and Titanium Grey.
Inside, the cabin has been updated with a digital instrument cluster and a 10-inch infotainment system. The three-seat layout keeps the van focused on working practicality, while a 1,001kg payload and 6.1 cubic metres of loading volume provide the capacity needed for equipment, materials or deliveries. At 5.33 metres long, just over 2.2 metres wide with the mirrors unfolded and approximately 1.94 metres high, its dimensions are clearly relevant when assessing access to loading areas, parking structures and confined work sites. A quoted 12.4-metre turning circle is also an important consideration for manoeuvring in tighter urban environments.
Access is supported by dual sliding side doors and rear barn doors that open through 180 degrees. These features are particularly useful where loading takes place beside a kerb, in a narrow lane or close to a dock, as they provide multiple ways to reach the cargo area.

The model is listed with a five-year/200,000-kilometre vehicle warranty and an eight-year/160,000-kilometre battery warranty, alongside three years of paintwork coverage and 12 years against corrosion.
