Vehicle Overview

AiMOGA Robotics used LEAP East Hong Kong to demonstrate how embodied artificial intelligence is moving beyond laboratory development and into practical service environments. The showcase featured Mornine, a humanoid robot, alongside Argos, a quadruped platform, with demonstrations spanning conference services, public safety, visitor engagement and cultural interaction.

Mornine took a prominent role during the DeepFest opening session, welcoming attendees in English, introducing the agenda and inviting the moderator to the stage. Its ability to support multilingual interaction and guide visitors illustrates how humanoid systems could contribute to reception, event hosting and other settings where communication and presentation are central to the experience.

The exhibition demonstrations also placed emphasis on interaction rather than technology in isolation. Mornine performed traditional Chinese calligraphy while engaging with visitors, presenting a more direct example of how robotic systems can combine physical movement, visual presentation and conversational engagement. This kind of scenario-based testing is important because it reveals how a system performs in busy public environments, where responsiveness and natural interaction matter as much as technical capability.

Argos provided a contrasting demonstration of mobility. The quadruped robot carried out visitor guidance and interaction tasks throughout the exhibition, highlighting agile movement and stable operation. A separate intelligent traffic police robot was shown in public-safety and inspection applications, connecting the technology with urban management and public-service use cases.

The event also served as a platform for discussions with universities, research institutions, technology companies, investors, distributors and other industry partners from Hong Kong, Southeast Asia, the Middle East and other regions. Those conversations focused on embodied-intelligence development, practical deployment, industrial collaboration and international market expansion.

AiMOGA’s broader approach is centred on validating robotic products through real-world scenarios. Its reported deployments span more than 50 countries and regions, with applications across automotive retail, public services, commercial spaces and international events. The LEAP East appearance therefore presented the technology as part of an ongoing progression from technical demonstration to operational use, with interaction, mobility and service delivery tested in front of an international audience.

Overall, the showcase illustrated the different roles embodied AI can occupy: a humanoid host capable of guiding an event, a mobile quadruped suited to visitor assistance, and specialised systems aimed at public-safety or inspection tasks. The emphasis on practical environments provides a useful view of how robotics may gradually become integrated into everyday commercial and civic settings.
