Vehicle Overview

AiMOGA Robotics, the robotic division of Omoda Jaecoo, used LEAP East Hong Kong to demonstrate how embodied artificial intelligence is being developed for practical service environments. The presentation featured Mornine, a humanoid robot, and Argos, a quadruped robot, with demonstrations spanning conference support, public safety, cultural interaction and visitor guidance.

Mornine played a visible role at DeepFest, an artificial-intelligence forum held during the event. The humanoid robot welcomed attendees in English, introduced the forum agenda and invited the moderator to the stage. It also demonstrated multilingual interaction and agenda guidance, illustrating how embodied AI can combine physical presence with conversational and service-oriented functions in professional settings.

The exhibition demonstrations were focused on real-world applications rather than laboratory concepts. Mornine interacted with visitors and performed traditional Chinese calligraphy, while Argos undertook guidance and visitor-interaction duties around the exhibition space. A separate intelligent traffic-police robot presented potential uses in public safety and intelligent inspection, prompting discussion with professionals involved in urban governance and public services.

LEAP East marked the Asian debut of LEAP, an event jointly organised by Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Communications and Information Technology and the Innovation, Technology and Industry Bureau of the Hong Kong SAR Government. The inaugural event brought together technology companies, investment institutions, speakers and professional visitors, providing a setting for AI developers to demonstrate products and discuss commercial applications.

AiMOGA also used the event to engage with universities, research institutions, industry organisations, investors, companies and distributors from Hong Kong, Southeast Asia, the Middle East and other regions. Discussions covered embodied-intelligence development, scenario-based deployment, industrial cooperation and international market expansion.

The appearance followed AiMOGA’s participation in the Hong Kong International Automotive and Supply Chain Expo in 2025. According to the article, the company’s robots have been deployed in more than 50 countries and regions across automotive retail, public services, commercial spaces and international events. Its approach centres on testing and refining embodied-intelligence systems through practical deployment, with the aim of moving the technology from demonstration toward broader commercial use.
